Thermo-Hydro-Mechanical (THM) parameter identification of claystone formations in underground laboratories
The DBE Technology GmbH and Dynardo performed an analysis of the THM rock behaviour in response to artificial heating for the exploration of underground laboratories. An automatic parameter identification process with the help of optiSLang was applied.
The aim of the experiment was to measure temperature, deformation and pore-pressure field evolution and to analyze the effects on the THM properties of the Callovo-Oxfordian claystone.
