In order to make a better automization of CAE processes possible, we offer different service tools: a postprocessor for the visualization of statistical measures on Fe structures, a toolkit for the batchable extraction of ABAQUS results and a dummy positioner.
Statistic on Structure

Postprocessor for the visualization of statistical measures on FE-structures
A visualization of statistical measures on the FE-mesh facilities considerably the engineering evaluation of robustness, if the results which are to evaluate are spatial correlated values like at forming or crash simulation. Based on these data, statistical measures are determined and visualized directly on the FE-structure. The statistical measures on the FE-structures serve as discussion basis for the identification of critical areas and as a basis for evaluating the robustness. In addition, this type of visualizationleads to a high acceptance of statistical results, both in CAD and production departments.
Extraction Tool Kit

Postprocessor for the batchable extraction of simulation results
An automated batchable extraction of responses and their processing to suitable results is frequently connected with much manual work. In order to support this extraction better, DYNARDO develops a result extraction toolkit which offers possibilities for signal processing and mathematical operations for the processing of responses at the same time. The extraction toolkit has a GUI mode for the definition of the extraction and a batch mode for the automatic extraction. It is possible to export the extracted responses to an optiSLang XML problem definition. The extraction tool supports ABAQUS odb and all SLang-based formats. Interfaces to LSDYNA, NASTRAN, MADYMO and PERMAS are under construction.
Dummy positioner
Preprocessor for the automatic adjustment of dummy positioning
A dummy positioner is offered for the automatic adjustment of the positioning of MADYMO dummies within robustness evaluations. By updating joint orientations of the dummies, a correct positioning becomes secured by scattering dummy position. The algorithm is offered in connection with an optiSLang parameterization.
